Sussex County's Fall Festivals Offer Fun For Everyone

Once again fall festivals are in full swing in Sussex County – with a total of 47 events happening
in October alone. A couple of weeks ago I blogged about the Rehoboth and True Blue Jazz

highlights of what’s happening in the next two weeks.

CRUISIN' BACK TO GLORY DAYS

On October 11 th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beautiful and historic downtown Berlin will host its
Berlin Fall Cruisers Classic featuring classic cars and vintage beauties. Learn all about it at

CELEBRATE THE SEASON

A Pumpkin for Everyone

Schellville’s Annual Fall Harvest Fest will once again bring all kinds of fun to the fields behind
Tanger Outlets Seaside on October 11th from 5 to 8 p.m. with pumpkins decorating, a skating
rink, lots of games, food and beer trucks and a lot more. Get the details at

A Downtown Spectacle

On October 15th the annual Milford Community Parade will march 1.7 miles through downtown
with marching bands, dance troupes, floats and more. Learn all about it at

GO TO THE DOGS

Serious and Silly Fun on the Boardwalk

On October 18th the Brandywine Valley SPCA in partnership with Browseabout Books will host
Bark on the Boards, a block party along the Rehoboth Boardwalk with a big dog show and
competition, a kids fun zone, music by the Bachelor Boys Band, yoga with puppies and lots of

Fine Cuisine for a Great Cause

For three days, from October 9th through 11th , the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society will raise
funds with a Signature Wine Dinner at The Pines (October 9th), a Masterclass Wine Seminar at
the Cambria Hotel (October 10th ), and the Beach Ball Gala Dinner & Auction (October 11th)

featuring more wonderful cuisine, live and silent auctions, and music by The Funsters. Get the
