Denise Buck & Ed Johnson, operating as the 'DC Metro Realty Team,' bring over 45 years of combined experience to the real estate industry. Licensed in both Virginia and Delaware, they continue to maintain a residence in Northern Virginia.

Denise is a native of the Washington DC Metro area, which inspired her curiosity to learn about different cultures & foreign travel. Denise specializes in Northern VA real estate, with extensive experience in relocation & insights into the area offerings since 1990!

Denise has a knack for making people feel comfortable with her warm and jovial personality. By engaging in friendly conversations, she gains valuable insights into her clients' goals and desired lifestyles. In 2022, Denise and Ed realized their long-term dream of embracing a coastal lifestyle in Lewes, DE. Now that they are also licensed in Delaware, this next phase has allowed them to combine their passion for new construction home sales with strategic planning, ensuring their clients can enjoy their new homes for many seasons of life. Beyond just selling homes, Denise and Ed focus on smart investment strategies, helping clients contribute to and build generational wealth.

When not assisting her clients, Denise enjoys gardening and putting her ‘staging skills’ to use in her own home, with lots of seasonal décor.  She and Ed also make time to relax at home with their three Ragdoll cats, Tucker, Bentley & Grayson.
